Our Story
Established in 2018, PeopleFirst Staffing was born out of a desire to create a more transparent, empathetic, and effective recruitment process. We saw a gap in the market for a firm that genuinely puts the aspirations of candidates and the cultural fits of clients at the forefront of every placement.
Today, with offices in London, Manchester, and Birmingham, we serve a diverse range of sectors from Technology and Marketing to Engineering and Finance. Our success is measured not just by placements made, but by the long-term career growth of our candidates and the success of our clients.
